Yes, the guest just had a ‘fridge moment’ while waiting in traffic (LOL) where they were like ‘but wait…doesn’t someone know this?’ and in my head it’s clear why they don’t. It’s a good thing they brought it up because I probably would have continued on my merry way. But I would like to clarify it personally for them.
